Here is a 'bandolier bag ' from the late 1800's which is part of a native art collection another dear friend here in Montreal has!!!

Now I must study up and discover what the difference is!I think this bag above is made with much smaller beads than the Plateau Bags I showed the last few days!
Thats what I love about teaching-it forces me to gather knowledge to share!-Hopefully some students will be happy to learn all about these wonderful bags in DESIGN class at Shelburne in 2 weeks . . .

On friday the 16th NOV my ''TALK '' Lecture in the ROUND BARN . . .will be all about different FOLKART . . .
