WE ALL SCREAM FOR
LONG HOLIDAY WEEKEND here in Canada . .the US also I believe although for a different reason . . .Here its the Queens Birthday VICTORIA DAY WEEKEND . . .and in Quebec. . . if you are not partial to the Queen . . . its something else that I cant remember!!

its a time to get out the ICE CREAM MAKER and my old recipe booklet from BEN & JERRY'S . . .
Just look at the photo of them and you can tell how long this book has been treasured by me !!!
