WALMART CLOTHES RACK . . CAN BE CUT OFF , SCREW like this one added at the top centre and your frame screws onto it!Easy to transport ,just unscrew and travel!I am not a big Walmart fan but for this I would go!I think your frame should be on an angle on its base for a comfortable possition to hook! . . ..
Get this type of BOLT to attach the frame base!
