MONARCH BUTTERFLIES and MILKWEED . . . .all inspired this rug

I have  on my WEBSITE a  slideshow story of how  this rug came about . . . from the view through my kitchen window in my last post . . . .the colours of september are totally inspiring to me!and fortunately I dye my own wool and had every colour I needed  to create this rug which is still one of my favourites that I have hooked!
