FUN CHILDHOOD by the SEA RUG

Andrea is my neighbour here in the summer . . .this rug depicts the daily scene of life here in the village with Andreas home the largest . .. the peninsula is 1 mile wide so there is water in foreground is-ST MARYS BAY and then at the top,the BAY OF FUNDY in the distance . .. . we are looking right into the cove with her husbands red sailed sailboat coming home. . .the beacon on the Baptist church was always painted red and white so ships could find their way into the cove easily!as it is seen from far off shore . . .of course only when it is NOT FOGGIE!!! . .the sun is breaking through this morning . . .its going to be a glorious day . . .
