I have always liked the appliquéd Molas from South America

-to hook one is not easy!

I hear rug hookers talk about ''Its TOOO BUSY !!!!"

I LOVE BUSY!

This rug is a great example of colour WELL BALANCED . . .the LIGHTS MEDIUMS and DARKS . . .and also the SHAPES of colour are just right . . .the BLACK balances everything out. . . . .and the background stays well back in behind the larger MOTIFS!

I saw this rug in a show at the Ontario Annual I believe . . .I can not tell you who hooked it unfortunately But BRAVO!to this unusual rug!If you see your mat here please let me know who you are!!and thank you for letting me admire it!
